1. Purpose of the website and legal notice

TUDIO offers e-learning services and provides its clients with digital learning content and activities.

TUDIO transforms your classroom training materials (presentations, PDFs, etc.) into e-learning courses to allow you to train at a distance, track learning, and set up skills certification systems.

https://tudio.fr is an e-commerce website that allows you to directly calculate the production cost of your digital learning modules. You can order directly from the site and receive your training modules in SCORM format in record time. One of the special features of TUDIO is also that you receive the editable sources of your content. So no “frozen” content that cannot be modified, but the content and its supports in formats that allow them to be modified and improved. For example, the videos we produce for you can then be edited in free software to add subtitles, dub the audio or even modify the video, lengthen it, shorten it, replace a character with another, etc. With TUDIO, you remain in control of your strategy and your intellectual property.

These terms of use may be updated at any time without notice. The Customer is therefore advised to consult the site regularly.

Updates apply as soon as they are posted online.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, such invalidity or enforceability shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use.

2. Use of the website

www.tudio.fr is made available free of charge to the User for his personal use, subject to the conditions defined below. Use of the site implies full acceptance of all the conditions of use.

www.tudio.fr may not be used to make speculative, false, or fraudulent statements.

The User must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract and use this site in accordance with the terms of use.
